The US Passport office wants Asian people to color correct more effectively

There’s just something about Asian people and photography, I guess. First Nikon accused Asian people of always blinking and now the US Department of State’s National Passport Center does this to an unsuspecting Asian man.

In the National Passport Center’s defense, that is a pretty poorly colored photo. But at the same time, you can’t go around saying that Asian people “look too yellow.” Unless you’re a licensed doctor in China specializing in vitamin deficiencies, particularly those related to scurvy. In which case, that’s a long way to go for a joke, man. I admire the dedication, but you could have just thrown a pie or something. Just for future reference.
