Paraplegic teen crashes car after making himself faint

This story could have been much sadder, since kids survived and were released hospital minor injuries, let’s roll it: A group four teens crashed their car in upstate New York after driver fainted holding his breath. But wait, there’s more!

According to police, 19 year-old Bryan Parslow was engaging a game with two 19 year-old and one 16 year-old friends to see how long they could hold their breath.

Parslow apparently was not the winner, briefly passing out driving the car into boulder. After regaining consciousness, he received ticket not staying his lane.

The twist: Parslow apparently paraplegic. He was paralyzed 2009 after falling out window at his college.

Now I’m not going beat the kid up being paraplegic; that’s tragedy and I’m glad he’s able still live his life after that. BUT at the same time, when you’re paraplegic and driving car road where there boulders, maybe you don’t need tempt fate and increase the degree difficulty your drive. I’m somewhat surprised he wasn’t juggling or receiving road oral treats. Though suppose the latter wouldn’t have really affected his driving either. It’d like attempting satisfy one those foam pool noodles.
