A speed bag is a fairly simple exercise that even the most inexperienced boxers can’t screw up. But if you’re not giving it the proper respect when you give it the ol’ one-two punch…down goes Fraiser. DOWN GOES FRAISER!

Do you think you’re better than him bag? Do you? Well step up to the plate and take a swing, baby.

I know there are a few of these vids floating around where a guy gets owned by a speed bag, but this is the first one where I’ve actually seen somebody talk smack before it took him out. He is better than you kid–at least when it comes to boxing. And it may be a good idea to look into other sporting endeavors after this. I hear the cross country team is looking for new members.
